Challenges for a Info Pro!

Last week began my journey to making my time more useful and I can happily say I have accomplished many goals!
I stuck to my planner, analysed my failures, time wasting and regained my focus. There are still a few hurdles that I need to overcome one of them productively using my mornings!
tumblr_m7vtv5Da1E1r13ilso1_500Mornings have always been a challenge for me I am by nature a night owl however that lies in my previous employment it demanded me to be flexible and in some cases only go to bed at 6am!
The struggle also lies in the flexibility to do my work from home so there is no one accountable only myself!
I have researched many ways on how to get out of bed and stay out of bed in the morning… It’s been fun if anything. One article suggested leaving a slice of lemon on your bedside locker and once the alarm goes off eat it and you will definitely wake up! (I’ve not done that)
I have tried to make a routine of going to bed at 11pm and wake around 8am which is a good night sleep but it looks like it is not enough for me!
I am determined to make it work this week, I have also began a fitness routine taking mini walks in the park.
The one activity I have found is very useful is to analyse and evaluate each day just as I turn off the computer and tidy my desk I sit and write and reflect about how the day went I look back over my notes and see where I wasted my time and how I did that, I clean a lot!!
The one aspect that these goals need is motivation which I will say I have and they say a lack of motivation is in poor direction of goals. I have noticed I am one of those people who wants to do everything!
In order to fix this I have limited these goals and set out a monthly main aim and then little ones like this blog post every Monday on my commute.
The best aspect is to have an emotion behind these goals and aims if you care about what you are aiming for remember that feeling of accomplishment!

What motivates people? I would love to hear what you do!
Here is to a very productive week! (Fingers crossed)
